HOW WE APPROACH TREATMENT
We help thousands of Australians find relief through long-term interventions, guided support and alternative treatments.
Our friendly health professionals take the time to familiarise themselves with you, either face-to-face or virtually, delving deeper into your symptoms and their underlying triggers to discover possible treatment options you have never explored.
We explore and conduct tests to identify certain indicators that could suggest issues within your system. Additionally, we carry out assessments to evaluate your overall wellbeing, checking for signs of any active conditions or problems.
Our team will develop a treatment plan and help you adopt lifestyle modifications to get the most out of your treatment. This may consist of easy daily rituals, or adapting to a new medical treatment. Our team is here to help every step of the way.

At Mode, we prioritise your safety and well-being. Rest assured that all medications prescribed by our clinicians have been approved for use in Australia and are commonly prescribed by GPs and local pharmacies.
However, in accordance with Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to disclose the specific names of our treatments until you have completed a consultation with one of our Mode practitioners and have been approved for treatment.
This process ensures that a qualified medical professional thoroughly discusses all available options with you, empowering you to make informed decisions regarding your medical treatments. Your health and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to provide the highest level of care and guidance throughout your journey towards optimal well-being.

Mode healthcare is a specialist clinic, meaning that we specialise in treatments using therapies not used as first-line medicine. All our doctors are GP’s with extra credentials that allow them to specialise in specific areas of medicine and treatments. This also means that we are not a general practice. We do not conduct vaccinations, health checkups or general GP consultations. Please contact us if you are unsure if we can help you.
-
You will have a phone or video call to discuss your treatment options, the same process as a physical consult. You will receive a time or a link to follow to a virtual consult room or simply via a phone call.
Please have your DOB, contact details, Medicare number, medical history including diagnosis and date of diagnosis of the qualifying indication, current medications, and past medications that were ineffective.
