FAQ’s For Patients Moving to Mode Healthcare
What is your pricing structure?
Our initial appointment fee is $199. Follow-up appointments are $150, and we also offer script-only appointments for quick renewals of prescriptions at $99. All appointments may attract Medicare, DVA or concession card rebates, depending on your eligibility.
Our team of Doctors will help formulate a treatment plan that suits you. We believe in a ‘quality over quantity’ approach to ensure you have all the support you need, in the most cost-effective way.
Where are your clinics located?
We have clinics conveniently located in Dunsborough, Bunbury, Ballina, and Goonellabah. We are planning on opening a brand new clinic in Perth to help patients moving from Emerald to keep an in-person connection with their doctors in the future. Stay Tuned.
Will I see the same doctors and staff from Emerald Clinics?
Yes, many of the familiar faces from Emerald Clinics will be joining the Mode Healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care and familiarity. If you don’t see your doctor below, please choose a new doctor who will be able to access your medical records and provide continued care for you. You can also choose to be treated by a new Doctor if you would like too!
How do I book an appointment?
You can book appointments easily through our online booking system available on our website, or by calling our clinic directly.
Appointments for existing Emerald patients are available to book after August 12th - This ensures all your medical information has been securely transferred to Mode, which will prevent any disruption to your treatment.
What services does Mode Healthcare offer?
You will find all the same services available at Emerald. Mode Healthcare offers a range of services including specialised general practice, mental health support, chronic pain management, nutritional advice, and specialized treatments. We are committed to providing holistic care tailored to your needs.
Will my medical records be transferred to Mode Healthcare?
Yes, your medical records will be securely transferred to Mode Healthcare to ensure a seamless continuation of your care. If you do not wish for your records to be transferred, please ensure you have contacted Emerald Clinics within the provided timeframe to advise.
How will Mode Healthcare and Emerald Clinics work together in the future?
Mode and Emyria, (Emerald's parent company) will continue to work closely and refer suitable patients to each other for specialised treatments. Mode will focus on providing specialised services, while Emyria will continue to focus on delivering safe and effective outcomes for people living with PTSD and mental health conditions. This collaboration ensures that patients receive the most appropriate and comprehensive care possible.
What are the opening hours of Mode Healthcare?
Our clinics are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM AWST. Please check our website for any updates to our hours or special holiday schedules.

These reminders will include options to reschedule, cancel, or contact our team if you have any questions.
